Job Description
The Morgan Service Representative is responsible for developing and servicing the customers on his/her route in a professional manner.
The service representative reports to the Service Team Leader or Branch Manager.
Morgan expects the service representative to develop a strong business relationship with each customer and to continuously grow the revenue.
The Service Representative will:
Deliver clean linen and uniforms. Pick up soiled linen and uniforms. Build and maintain an excellent customer relationship with the decision makers and decision influencers. The service representative will know each customer’s hot buttons and be aware of their needs. Resolve complaints, objections, problems and concerns. Immediately report any “red flag” customers and customers at risk that are not happy to his/her supervisor. Report all customer quits and discontinued rental items. Sample at least one customer each day to generate add-on business from existing customers. Refer sales leads to the sales department, in accordance with the Area criteria. Successfully negotiate customer invoice credits, contract renewals, prices and terms in accordance with Morgan’s pricing policies. Be able to lift a soil bag weighing up to sixty-five pounds. Perform all other reasonable duties, as requested.

Job Requirements
21 Years of Age
Stable job history.
High School Graduate or above.
Valid Drivers License
Successfully pass drug test.
