Job Description
The production supervisor will be responsible for daily operation, and continuous improvement of production at our Boston, Massachusetts laundry facility. This position is first shift M-F and reports to the plant manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain optimal scheduling, efficiency and quality levels of the production department.
Work hands-on with the maintenance team to coordinate machinery repair & preventative maintenance.
Lead, develop, and train our team members in a production environment.
Organize and assign work tasks while coordinating with other departments.
Help plan and manage department budget and cost reduction.
Participate in performance improvement processes.
Promote safety and OSHA compliance.

Job Requirements
Team player who can communicate and work well with other departments.
Experience with supervising a diverse group of individuals.
Bi-lingual (English – Spanish) a strong plus.
Education, training, and/or experience in supervision of a production department.
Talent and drive to be part of and improve our hands-on organization.
Working knowledge of Windows based software, to include, Word and Excel.
Successfully pass our pre-employment drug test and submit to a background check.
